Genetics

Genetic material is contained in the DNA, wich is pased on from parent to offspring. The genes contain information in which is based the grouth and formation of the individual. They determine the traits and passed on characteristics the individual will have. Every living organism passes on their traits by medium of genes. This is known as heredity.
