DNA

The genes contain the information that forms us, and the DNA contains the genes, which is located in the cromosomes in the nucleus of the cell. The DNA (Dexoribos Nucleic Acid) is a unit shaped like a doble helix, two intertwined strings, it contains the genes which are composed by the thousands of smaller sections called subunits. This vary from one onother according to the base they contain. This are known and represented as the letters A, T, C and G, and are paired always T with A and C with G. The model to the left shows the shape of the DNA, the lettered pairs are found on the segments conecting both helixes.
